It is one thing to call yourself a refined brand, but to be recognized by your customers and the industry, makes the title even better. For the fourth consecutive year, GMC has won the Most Refined Brand award in Kelley Blue Book’s Brand Image Awards.
This award is based on how consumers perceive automotive brands through Kelley Blue Book Strategic Insights’ Brand Watch study. This study surveyed more than 12,000 new-vehicle shoppers on KBB.com.
“GMC’s ‘Professional Grade’ ideology has struck a resonant chord with consumers, and that’s reflected in car buyers visiting Kelley Blue Book’s website, KBB.com, naming GMC 2017’s Most Refined Brand,” said Jack Nerad, executive editorial director for Kelley Blue Book. “The extra attention to design and detail found across GMC’s lineup has clearly resonated with American consumers.”
Helping to steer GMC’s refinement to the top of the pack is its Denali lineup, which offers premium materials and sophistication across the GMC brand. In 2016, Denali models represented 25% of total GMC retail sales and outsold other premium automakers’ entire lineups, including Jaguar and Porsche.
